AuditWizard Network Inventory & HelpBox Help Desk Update
Last development update for 2009.

As our developers wind down for the Christmas break, I thought I would take this opportunity to post our last development update for 2009. In this final development blog update for this year I will cover both our AuditWizard network inventory and our HelpBox web based Help desk software.
AuditWizard Network Inventory Software update is just about complete. The new dashboard and reports upgrade is finished. We're in the testing phase and so far everything had gone just great. There are a few minor tweaks and a bit of polishing to do but other than that it's not far away from being released. We're hoping for a release date around the 15th of January, 2010. Below is a little taster of the graphs that will be available in the next update to the PC Auditing reporting module.

HelpBox Web Based Help Desk Software v6 is also nearing completion. The new designs for the help desk icons are under way and testing will begin early January. The re-design of the menu structure to a new tabulated format has been a success. The new design has not only simplifed the whole products ease of use but significantly reduced the amount of clicks required to perform many help desk functions. The release date is still on track for the first quarter of 2010.
